Locally recruited

The CFDT-MAE judges the action of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs still far below the legitimate expectations of our locally recruited colleagues.

The path towards unified management, towards a common social policy, towards minimum thresholds of rights, towards generalized training from the recruitment of the agent, remains long in the making. Browse.

We ask the administration to be able to negotiate a majority agreement with binding legal value which would define a base of rights for our colleagues ADL

The CFDT-MAE considers that local recruits must be able to benefit from real career paths, decent remuneration and sustainable social protection (health, retirement, unemployment).

We hope that this agreement affirms the fundamental principles of the employment relationship, that it defines a base of guarantees, thresholds below which it is not permitted to fall and provides for harmonization of remuneration and conditions work between agents of the diplomatic and consular network and those of the EAF.
